I was always the inquisitive child. The one who always had their hand up ready to ask another question. I was desperate for all the details and must of driven my parents mad.

There really isn’t another industry in the world that suited me better than recruitment. Problem was, once I was in it - I hated everything it stood for.

So after 12 years of working for bigger agencies; it was time to ditch the nonsense and bring some heart and understanding back into the game.

But I didn’t want to just ‘place people in jobs’. I wanted to actually connect people - the right people - with roles they’d love, and companies who’d genuinely value them. I love hearing about the journeys my candidates and clients go on together - because I’m still all about the detail.

So here I am, running a little recruitment business with some big morals. We’re accessible when people need us - whether that’s during lunch breaks, after hours, or even on the weekends. We chat over WhatsApp (yes, we’re those recruiters) and build real relationships with both candidates and clients; because at the end of the day - we’re all just a bunch of real people! If we can have a few cups of coffee, wine or a round of golf (I’m getting there!) along the way - why wouldn’t we!

I’m ridiculously proud of being trusted to partner with so many incredible people and organisations - in a market full of multi million pound recruitment companies. We’re happy to stay a little fish, as long as we are always remembered for doing a good job in the right way.
